Your role

You will:
• support multiple functions within the business to effectively serve our clientele

• collaborate with different teams in developing and implementing new initiatives
• document and track results on key initiatives and analyze impact to the business
• work closely with internal teams to review and develop current and new marketing collateral
• partner with internal team members to plan and execute on employee engagement events across the business

Your team

You will be working as part of the UBS Wealth Advice Center team that supports FA Performance, Client Experience and Employee Engagement. The role will be based out of Weehawken, NJ or Charlotte, NC and will be responsible for delivering ongoing improvements and driving new projects through completion.

Your expertise

You have:
• a bachelor's Degree (required)
• Series 7 and Series 66 (preferred)
• a minimum of 2 years financial services industry or other relevant experience
• ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with key partners across the organization
• a strong understanding of wealth management and financial planning solutions, risk management procedures, and client experience delivery preferred

You are:
• someone who champions a client centric culture
• organized and have the ability to manage competing priorities
• passionate about financial planning and wealth management solutions
• an individual who is capable of receiving and implementing feedback to better one's self
• comfortable taking initiative and acting with an entrepreneurial mindset
• proficient with Microsoft Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & OneNote
• a great communicator, both verbally and in writing, to deliver key messages and updates to a large and diverse group
