What you will be doing: Work closely with your Manager, Business Analysts, Project Management and Developers to design, develop, document and execute test plans and test cases for various web app and mobile functionalities. Create and execute detailed test cases based on functional specifications Develop test plans and test strategy documents based on business requirements Review test plans with project team and garner feedback Modify and maintain existing test cases as needed based on updated functionality Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, system, regression and user acceptance testing. Report, review and retest defects and ensure that all important defects have been resolved at the appropriate level prior to product release Participate in defect triage discussions What we hope you will bring to this role: Bachelor's Degree Required 2-4 years of testing web-based and/or mobile applications required Knowledge and experience with industry standard defect management tools Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities Strong problem-solving capabilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts Experience and exposure to working with offshore and geographically spread out development and testing teams Exposure to backend/data validation testing The range of compensation listed here or that may be discussed in the interview process is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
