Who We're Looking For

Toyota's OneTech organization is looking for a passionate and highly motivated IT Analyst, Network Service Delivery within the Digital Platform Engineering department.

The primary responsibility of this role is to engage and partner with Network Engineering, Network Operations and other Platform teams in the management of Network Service Experience. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter and be a team-oriented individual who builds strong relationships across TMNA OneTech and business stakeholders, including key technology vendors and service providers, with strong collaboration, and communication skills.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Connectivity Engineering, the person in this role will support the Digital Platform Engineering department's objective to develop and maintain an industry leading end-user experience related to Network Platform solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Network Service Vision Definition - Acquires deep business knowledge to become a subject matter expert (SME). Crafts strategy, roadmaps, process flows, and metrics to enhance and maintain Network Service Operations.
  • Operational Excellence for Network Platforms - Takes responsibility and ownership, aligning resources, managing escalations, and ensuring effective communication to resolve Network-related incidents. Monitors Network Operational metrics, pinpoints critical concerns, and implements corrective action plans.
  • Cross-functional Communication - Engages in active collaboration with Product Owners across Network Engineering, Network Operations, Site Services, Cybersecurity, and other key stakeholders. This ensures high-quality Network deployments transition smoothly to operations, with robust change management, incident management, and network vulnerability management processes. Partners with Product Owners to drive Kaizen initiatives, enhancing customer satisfaction through the continuous delivery of Network services.
  • Service Level Assurance - Fosters and maintains strategic partnerships with contracted vendors and service providers. Evaluates performance metrics against SLAs and spearheads initiatives for service improvement to rectify any shortcomings.
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in Agile or Predictive project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and maintaining Service Delivery and Support processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Lifecycle Management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of creating and presenting concepts and recommendations to management.
  • A deep understanding of customer needs aligned with business strategy.
  • The skill to cultivate productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Competence in identifying and addressing issues promptly, with efficient resolution or escalation.
  • Recognized expertise in a specific field of study or knowledge, with substantial industry and departmental insight.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lucid, ServiceNow, or comparable platforms is essential.
Added Bonus If You Have
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
  • Experience using CMDB
  • Agile product owner certification (CSPO/PSPO) or Project Management certification (PMP)
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (eg. PowerBI, ServiceNow)
  • Experience supporting Network Operations.
