Participates in new hire orientation. Coordinates Open Enrollment activities and system updates. Willingness to provide high level of service to customers, employees, and team members.
  • Min. 3 years HR exp. in areas ofbenefit administration and HR System Management.
  • Prefer Bachelors degree in HR or related area.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Must have strong written/documentation skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to keep confidences and use independent judgment. Strong desire to serve customer in faith based organization.
  • Prefer someone with experience in healthcare industry. Multi-tasking skills are critical since there are frequent customer calls for assistance.
