Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $95,000 to $105,000 per year.
Duties And Responsibilities
Analyze revenue streams, pricing structures, and sales performance
Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports
Develop financial models to evaluate return on investment and payback periods
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan for various business scenarios
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as requested
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
At least 1 year of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in FP&A roles
Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools and analysis software
Advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with ERP systems and other financial planning tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex financial information
