About the Role

Betr is currently seeking a Growth Marketing Intern for Fall 2024. As the Growth Marketing Intern, your main responsibilities will be helping the retention team execute its daily promotions strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with Betr's Growth, Retention, Customer Operations, and Analytics teams. A genuine passion for sports and gaming is essential.

This role is based in Miami, Florida. You must be based in this area or be willing to relocate to be considered for this position.

What You'll Do:
    • Maintain an internal database of promotional details for company-wide transparency
    • Track and analyze KPIs for campaigns and promotions
    • Help manage the user-facing promotions hub by uploading promotions and campaigns to the correct user segments
    • Contribute promotion and campaign ideas to drive user retention
    • Assist retention and growth team with various projects as needed
About You:
    • Currently pursuing an undergraduate Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, analytics, data science, or a related-field (Junior or Senior)
    • Very strong attention to detail
    • Passionate about the sports gaming industry
    • Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
    • Self-motivated and able to drive initiatives from end-to-end
    • Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends depending on the sports calendar
    • Excellent organizational skills, the ability to be flexible, & prioritize responsibilities
