The Role

We are seeking a Growth Manager to drive our company's growth initiatives, increase user acquisition, and scale revenue. This individual will develop and execute growth strategies, optimize the customer journey, and leverage data to identify areas for improvement. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive product marketing initiatives, ensuring our messaging resonates across all market segments, and collaborating closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with product features and market needs. The Growth Manager will also oversee the launch and promotion of new products, optimize marketing campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and reactivation, and identify opportunities to expand market share.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced startups and demonstrate a deep understanding of data-driven marketing and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate a world-class growth strategy for the company, focusing on a deep understanding of the user journey infinity loop.
  • Consolidate and lead a top-tier growth team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Product, and Sales, to align growth strategies with business goals.
  • Lead the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and reactivation while analyzing the campaigns' performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure alignment between product features, market needs, and marketing efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments, expand market share, and optimize product positioning in a competitive landscape.
  • Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness.

Desired Background

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar roles in fast-growing startups.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and collaborating with various departments.
  • Proven track record in growth marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Passion for the influencer or creator economy is a plus.
