Ihre Herausforderung

Globale Verantwortung für die Beschaffung von Produktionsmaterial mit einem jährlichen Gesamtvolumen von ca. 1,9 Milliarden Euro für die Geschäftsbereiche Transportation sowie Life Sciences & Environment Fachliche und disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung für den Bereich Global Material Group Management (12 Mitarbeitende) und zusätzlich 40 weitere Regional Material Group Manager in Asien, Amerika und Europa in funktionaler Steuerung Gesamtverantwortung für strategische und taktische Einkaufsaufgaben wie Lieferantenverhandlungen, Preis- und Vertragsmanagement, Einsparungsinitiativen, Lieferantenportfoliostrategie und -management einschließlich Risikomanagement, Kennzahlenprojekte und Lieferantenqualität Verantwortung für alle Einkaufsentscheidungen innerhalb der Materialgruppen im Bereich Mitglied des MANN+HUMMEL Sourcing Boards sowie des Procurement Global Management Teams Sicherstellung der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Steering Objects wie Operations, Material Planning & Logistics sowie allen weiteren Business Units und internen Stakeholdern, um eine funktionsübergreifende und regionale Ausrichtung zur Umsetzung der Beschaffungsstrategie zu gewährleisten Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Talenten in funktionalen und sozialen Kompetenzen, z.B. in den Bereichen Legal, Handel, Verhandlung, Technik, Risikomanagement und Projektmanagement Direkte Berichtslinie an den Chief Procurement Officer der MANN+HUMMEL Gruppe Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Supply Chain Management oder Einkauf Berufserfahrung: Mehr als 10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einem globalen Industrieunternehmen Fachkompetenzen:

Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten in der direkten und indirekten Führung und Teamentwicklung Ausgeprägte, analytische Fähigkeiten sowie gute Kenntnisse in P&L und Controlling Erfahrung mit den relevanten Materialien, Komponenten, Technologien, Produktionsprozessen und Supply-Chain-Konzepten Verhandlungsgeschick und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Legal und Vertragsmanagement Starke IT- und ERP-Kenntnisse (z.B. MS-Office, SAP oder vergleichbar)

Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil Persönlichkeit:
