Overview:

Position - Member Services Manager

Reports to: Director of Membership Services

Job Type: Full Time Hourly

Responsabilites include but not limited to supportin the following department services:

Club Reception, Club Concierge Services, Interclub Marketing and Membership Support Services.

Candidates for this role must understand that this is a high-profile service and hospitality position. A positive attitude, image, and presentation are key to the success of this position. To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English conversationally. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values: Integrity, Collaboration, Leadership, Passion and Balance.

Job Duties and Tasks:

  • Provides reception Services during department hours of operation
  • Provides Concierge Services to members and guests
  • Assist in planning special events for Membership
  • Assist with coordinating New Member Packets and Orientations
  • Answers and directs all incoming phone calls received at the front desk and professionally interacts with members and guests who are visiting the Club
  • Assist with Interclub Marketing, including newsletters, flyers, and email blasts to promote club events.
  • Updates member website and digital signage with event details.
  • Assist with organization and details such decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, reservation lists, special guests, equipment rentals, promotional material, etc
  • Collects and confirms social event registrations and dining reservations
  • Assist in providing written materials to the memership
  • Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within the time limits
  • Attends Member events to buid member relationships
  • Helps resolve Memeber concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ensures compliance with all Naples Grande Golf Club policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Hospitality and Service setting
  • Excellent time written and oral communication skills
  • Computer Software Proficient in Word, Excel and design software
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Experience creating flyers and graphics for special events
  • BS degree or student of Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
  • Knowledge of Golf desired but not necessary
  • Ability to work weekends and some evenings
