Skill Set:

Associate Degree

or two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years of work experience in EHS/Sustainability related fields in a manufacturing environment.

Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry safety standards.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

Strategic mindset with the capability to implement and manage change effectively.
