Our client, one of the largest Energy companies in United States providing a wide range of Energy related products and services to its customers, seeks a Program Coordinator.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This will be an Onsite/Hybrid role.
- Location: 4 Irving Pl New York, NY 10003
- DURATION: 6 months assignment with potential of extension.
- Shift Hours: 09:00 am 05:00 pm (Eastern Time)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contractor will provide operational program support for the companies Smart Charge Commercial program.
- Charging data will be provided by the participants on a monthly basis to receive quarterly incentive payments.
- Ensure sufficient data is provided for payment which includes but is not limited to,
- Session and Interval Unique Identification numbers
- Session and/or interval Start and Stop date/time in DD:HH:MM:SS.
- Energy Demand in kWh during session and/or interval duration
- The Peak demand in kW during session and/or interval duration
- The site's time zone
- Charger Outage or uptime.
- Review data and complete incentive calculation checks using program guide.
- Complete payment process check.
- Report on any relevant findings.
- Review and confirm eligibility for SCC program offerings.
- Complete a programmatic check per application.
- Save and upload appropriate documents relevant to each application.
- Update and progress applications in Salesforce as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have High School Diploma or bachelors degree.
- Must have over 5 years of program coordinator experience within energy or utilities domain.
- Data analysis & Invoice/ payment preparation background is required.
- Must have strong background in assisting and coordinating any discovery meetings for potential participants.
- Candidate must have experience in reviewing applications for completion; verifying necessary documents are uploaded and meet program requirements.
