Sales Account Manager

As an Inside Sales Account Manager at Kazi Inc., you will play a critical role in driving our sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires a results?driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Manage a portfolio of accounts and provide exceptional customer service. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products/services. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Stay up?to?date with industry trends and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the product development team to improve offerings. Requirements Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Ability to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the telecommunications industry. Strong analytical and problem?solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
