As a Full Stack Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for executing high quality solutions for customers and contributing to the day-to-day technical excellence of a delivery team. As a core member of a project team, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes sizing, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of applications developed for our clients. You will work closely with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect, and deliver.
  • Provide technical support in the development and continual improvement of service.
  • Detail design, development and unit / integration testing utilizing the appropriate methodologies, technology, and tools.
  • Contribute to the production of client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans and well documented code.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
  • Work independently with a focus on first-time quality without requiring excessive review by more senior team members.
  • Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.
  • Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality to promote client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Required 8-10+ years of application development experience
  • 5+ years of Full Stack/Modern front-end experience
  • Proficiency with languages and tools such as C#, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript and Node.js
  • Hands on experience with cloud-based technologies, especially Azure and GCP
  • Experience modeling and implementing large-scale relational and NoSQL database systems
  • Experience with Responsive Web Design and Single Page Applications
  • Experience in Microservice design for complex systems with strong knowledge of Micro service patterns.
  • Experience and expertise in design and implementation of event driven architecture (EDA) in conjunction with Micro-services.
  • Experience in CI/CD Frameworks specifically for API build and deployment.
  • Full life-cycle development experience - with Agile/Scrum project approach.
Desirable Skills
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments.
  • Phenomenal communicators who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high level decision makers.
  • Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Strong sense of urgency, detail oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize workflow.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $45,864 to $101,520. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
