Job Plus Language Program Specialist

to join our team As Jobs Plus Language Specialist you will: Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers Lead and coordinate the Job Plus Language (JPL) Program. Facilitate an English-immersive work environment for participants. Partner with the Talent Team to standardize the onboarding process for JPL participants. Monitor and report on participant progress and program outcomes. Develop and maintain program content, including training manuals and job aids. Conduct training sessions and support participants in improving their English proficiency. Collaborate with various Goodwill Manasota teams to ensure program success.
