Position Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Role Summary: The Speech-Language Pathologist will engage in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges. This role involves working with a diverse clientele to create and execute tailored therapy strategies aimed at enhancing their communicative abilities and overall daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
  • Design and implement personalized therapy plans based on evaluation findings.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions and track client progress, adjusting approaches as necessary.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain precise and detailed records of therapy sessions and client advancements.
  • Inform clients and their families about techniques to foster ongoing communication development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in specific settings or with particular populations is a plus.
