We a re looking for a self-motivated individual to join the customer service team as a Call Center Representative who will provide customer service through several channels of communication across the enterprise. The successful candidate will be able to exhibit collaboration, enhance team culture and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. General tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Scheduling appointments and booking and rescheduling clinic appointments Respond efficiently and accurately to callers explaining possible solutions and ensuring the employee feels supported Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements Complete payroll and timekeeping related forms Identify, prioritize and escalate complex issues and provide follow-up/closure Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by the call center administrator Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, preferred High School Diploma or GED Equivalence, required Bilingual/Spanish, required Payroll experience, required 1 years of related experience in a call center environment or satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and experience Please note that the salary range and/or hourly rate range of $20.00 - $25.00 is a good faith determination of potential base compensation offered to applicants at the time of this job advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future.
