POSITION SUMMARY **
Responsible for data reporting, assisting with the bank’s MCIF/CRM systems, trend information, and coordinating sales and service programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Consolidates data across multiple systems and creates quality reports to support the bank’s departments, including Senior Officers and the Board of Directors.
Assists with the bank’s MCIF/CRM systems.
Monitors trend analysis to improve business using trend data.
Monitors competitive landscape including interest rates, fees, promotions, and product set.
Assists with Retail Banking’s Sales Program including tracking and sales adjustments.
Assists with Retail Banking’s Top Performers program and related events.
Supports branch activities with materials for bank at work, student banking, financial literacy, and sales events.
Supports Sales Administration training initiatives and campaigns.
Assists the Marketing Department with functions including branch materials, events, and reporting.
Must complete BSA, AML, and other Regulatory and Continuing Education as assigned.
Must adhere to all bank and regulatory policies and procedures specific to position.
Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.
