Key Role:

Help organizations reach growth goals through integrated marketing campaigns. Lead marketing campaigns and work as an integrated marketing lead to define, implement, and oversee marketing initiatives to advance brand awareness, elevate thought leadership, and generate engagement and demand from external clients and influencers. Collaborate with business leaders, Corporate Affairs partners, and colleagues across strategy and employee engagement teams to execute multifaceted strategic marketing campaigns. Lead change in the U.S. Defense Community.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience defining strategic marketing campaigns aligned to business growth goals, delivering marketing goals and objectives, target audience segmentation, crafting integrated and digital-first marketing strategies and tactics, and measuring success through data-driven results
  • Experience leading the development and execution of messaging, visual identity, content creation, advertising, social media, and other tactics, occasionally including event marketing
  • Experience measuring the impact of marketing tactics and recommending alternative strategies to achieve campaign goals
  • Experience collaborating across teams to successfully deliver against campaign goals
  • Experience working with complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and building relationships of influence with diverse groups and senior leaders
  • Experience managing employees, including providing mentorship and direction for career development
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-visibility role, and with project management and managing multiple, complex projects concurrently
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Experience analyzing budgets, purchasing, expense reports, and vendor relationships
  • Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with business to government (B2G) marketing, including with the U.S. federal defense government
  • Experience with end-of-funnel marketing for the public sector, including product marketing and capture support
  • Possession of excellent relationship building, prioritization, time management, leadership, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
