We have continued to operate and provide cleaning and disinfecting services to our customers throughout the pandemic without incident.THE ROLE - WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers through daily phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetingsIdentify prospective customers and follow up on potential sales leads consistentlyAttend and work various industry events/trade shows to gain knowledge, make connections, and build relationships to grow your sales networkYou are a financial contributor to the business and will have monthly and quarterly sales goals that are aligned with your local Division's revenue planCommunication skills are vital in this role as you will be uncovering your client's needs, educating them on proper maintenance, building value in our cleaning process, and negotiating/closing the dealPutting together bids and project pricingUtilizing a CRM system to effectively maintain, track and communicate with your client-baseDriving to client sitesa valid driver's license is requiredREQUIREMENTS - WHAT YOU'LL NEED:•Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to insurance carrier•High school graduate or equivalent•Basic mathematics skills•Fluent English helpful but not required•Industry experience helpful•Outside sales experience helpfulPlease contact us to schedule your interview today
