What you will be responsible for Aro Homes is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager – who is a dynamic leader and management professional with a robust understanding of systems and procedures to support our procurement function. This role will be responsible for the execution of all the Procurement activities at Aro Homes and building lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships with our external partners.

As part of our Procurement department, you will report to the Director of Procurement and will be responsible for managing supply / demand planning and the accurate replenishment of mission-critical materials and services across all orgs - from procurement to customer success and everyone in between - in order to ensure seamless company-wide communication and top-notch performance as we scale nationwide. You will be the cross-functional partner and will support a broad swath of critical business processes. You’ll develop and maintain a product roadmap for our internal systems that is focused on making us more effective at achieving current objectives and being prepared for future initiatives. A successful candidate will be highly organized, technically nimble, and obsessed with automation and the customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities Develops appropriate supply chain strategies to maximize the lowest possible cost. Leads the Procurement team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand. Directs and coordinates global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction. Works cross functionally with the Plant, Design and Site Operations Teams on all inventory related inquiries. Builds open and trusting relationship with our external partners. Supports the implementation and proper utilization of ERP system (NetSuite). Member of the operations staff, responsible for routinely reporting on department KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary.
