OVERVIEW

iTech AG is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to support our Delivery Division in Arlington, VA. The primary responsibilities of this role include Technology Partnership Management Support, Quality & Process Improvement/Compliance, and Special Projects. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining iTech AG's critical technology partner programs, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support various key initiatives and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and audit multiple partner portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Track partnership enablement programs and training records
  • Register deployment records, collaborate with Project Managers (PMs) to write customer success stories, and fulfill other partner program requirements as needed.
  • Conduct periodic market assessments, including competitive analysis and trends within the partner ecosystem.
  • Assist in special projects related to technology partnership program management, including documentation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Work with the Service Delivery Analyst and third-party vendor to define CMMI and ISO 9001:2015 compliant processes and practices.
  • Create and improve CMMI and ISO compliant templates and resources for organization-wide use.
  • Maintain the Active Projects Portfolio SharePoint site, working in conjunction with the Director of Portfolio, Program & Project Management, and the Service Delivery Analyst to update resources and user access.
  • Perform quarterly audits in collaboration with both Delivery and Operations to ensure defined processes and practices are being followed and remain relevant and effective.
  • Manage master schedule of key Service Delivery initiatives and priorities, including the Engagement Success Team, CPARS tracking, Resource Management, and Project Health Reviews.
  • Maintain records of employee certifications and clearances.
  • Assist in researching and planning regional employee roadshows, PM Forums, Delivery All Hands meetings, and other in-person Delivery events throughout the year.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
EDUCAITON & CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business or IT Management
CLEARANCE
  • None
  • Due to the position being located at a cleared facility, US Citizenship is required.
