Responsibilities
•Responsible for counting cash, and maintaining the accuracy of issued cash drawer, collecting cc payment, and making changes.
•Greets, registers and assigns rooms to guests, and answers the phone.
•Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs.
•Assign duties and shifts to staff and observe performances to ensure adherence to hotel. Experience in managing a team of 10 employees is required.
•Assisting in interviewing, scheduling and training front office staff.
•Ensures guest satisfaction by responding to and resolving guest complaints.
•Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations.
Qualifications
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and possess a professional, positive, outgoing, and naturally curious personality.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management system (OPERA) required.
•Experienced in IHG Brand is preferred.
•Weekends, nights and holidays availability is required.
•Flexible work hours is required.
