* Answer all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner

* Greet and welcome all guests with enthusiasm and warmth

* Enter guest’s information into the customer management system

* Prepare and maintain Excel prospect tracking reports

Job Requirements

* Receptionist will need to have previous receptionist or customer relations experience in a retail or hospitality environment

* Receptionist must possess superior organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

* Receptionist must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

* Receptionist must possess a pleasant demeanor and professional appearance

* Receptionist must have a working knowledge of Excel

* Receptionist must have the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours up until 9pm and Saturday and Sunday hours.
