Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all aspects of quality engineering across multiple sites to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal specifications. Lead the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities, ensuring that all new products meet the required quality standards before production. Oversee the implementation and management of corrective actions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality engineering team to enhance processes, reduce defects, and improve overall product quality. Hire, train, and mentor quality engineering staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and standards across the organization. Act as a change agent within the organization, promoting a proactive approach to quality and driving the adoption of best practices throughout the company. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in a quality management role, preferably within the plastics or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, PPAP, and corrective action processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing multi-site operations.
