Weare seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented VP of Sales tojoin our growing team. As the sales leader at MindMirror, you willbe responsible for driving sales efforts in both B2B and B2Csegments, as well as leading and building a sales team.You will play a critical role in expandingour market presence, driving revenue growth, and establishingMindMirror as a leader in the field of brain injury management.You will work closely with cross-functionalteams, including Marketing, Product Development and CustomerOperations, to ensure the successful execution of our salesstrategies across multiple markets and geographies.
Responsibilities:
SalesStrategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategiesto drive revenue growth and market penetration in theAthletics, Military and EMS First Responder markets.Collaborate with the Executive Team todefine sales goals, set targets, and establish scalable salesprocesses.
SalesTeam Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team,including hiring, training, coaching, and performancemanagement.Set clear expectations,provide regular feedback, and develop strategies to motivateand incentivize the team.
CustomerRelationship Management: Develop and maintain relationshipswith key customers, including athletics organizations,military units, and first responder agencies.Understand customer needs, provideproduct information, and deliver exceptional customer serviceto drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
MarketAnalysis and Insights: Conduct market research, analyzemarket trends, and identify customers needs and painpoints.Provide feedback toproduct development and marketing teams to inform productenhancements, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
SalesPipeline Management: Create and manage a sales pipeline,including prospecting, lead generation, and opportunitymanagement.Use CRM tools, such asZoho CRM, to track and report on sales activities, forecastsales revenue, and measure sales performance.
SalesPresentations and Demonstrations: Conduct sales presentations andproduct demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing theunique features and benefits of the MindMirror platform.Effectively communicate technicalinformation to non-technical audiences and address customerquestions and objections.
Requirements
Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field(MBA preferred)
Proventrack record of success in sales leadership roles, with aminimum of 5 years experience in B2B and B2B sales,preferably in the medical technology or healthcare industry
Experienceselling to multiple markets and geographies, includingAthletics, Military, and EMS First Responders, with anunderstanding of the unique requirements and dynamics of eachmarket
Strongleadership skills with a track record of building andmanaging successful sales teams
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability tocommunicate technical information to non-technicalstakeholders
Familiaritywith project management tools and software, such as Asana,JIRA, or Trello
Stronganalytical skills, with the ability to analyze data andidentify trends and opportunities
Experienceworking with CRM software, such as Zoho CRM
Experienceworking in a startup or fast-paced environment is aplus
Willingnessto travel as required to meet with customers and attendindustry events
