As a Business Systems Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing and supporting our systems. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with business stakeholders to define and document business processes, aligning technology choices with business needs.
  • Administer and Support: Manage system configurations and changes, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient.
  • Enhance Efficiency: Identify opportunities to leverage automation and improve productivity.
  • Ensure Compliance: Enforce data governance policies and collaborate with Information Security to document controls for data processing, transport, and storage.
  • Manage Changes: Follow processes to manage technology changes, ensuring thorough evaluation, testing, and approval prior to implementation.
  • Support and Train: Ensure systems are supported by robust training, testing environments, and other resources to maximize user adoption and operational knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar degree a plus
  • 3+ years administering back office finance systems
  • Experience working within a structured data environment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application administration, data platforms, and technology infrastructure
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices
  • Process-oriented mindset with direct hands-on experience implementing IT processes
