Description:

We are looking for a Client Partner - Growth and Delivery who can develop and nurture a strategic relationship with the clients by constantly looking for avenues to create value and grow the business.

Location: Houston, TX // Chicago, IL // Cleveland, OH // Columbus, OH

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain account development plans for multiple accounts.
  • Orchestrate outreach and drive mining and farming activities at multiple clients in data science, engineering, and reporting.
  • Develop relationships with customers and co-sell partner connects
  • Identify and penetrate market segments, verticals, and regions to drive new revenue through customer acquisition and user adoption (hunting).
  • Drive adoption of Data analytics solutions for customer success.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify solutions for client problems.
  • Bring together a community of practitioners to create analytics solutions.
  • Seek opportunities to leverage relationships for intra-client growth.
  • Create and maintain an account development plan.
  • Identify and drive new revenue through customer acquisition through farming activities and user adoption.
  • Present client Success stories and cases to demonstrate Latent Views capabilities.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify solutions.
  • Build the LatentView brand by organizing marketing events.
  • Show depth in the Oil and Gas/Chemicals/general manufacturing industry, with functional expertise in at least one or two of the key areas of analytics service offerings supply chain and manufacturing (must have), marketing and customer (nice to have)
  • Show ability to implement consulting engagements to shape an analytics project before leading the implementation of such a project for example, be able to lead a consulting engagement to define customer behavior to determine features important for data science modeling of sales forecasting

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of professional experience, preferably in analytics roles with consulting, Oil & Gas/Chemicals/Manufacturing type company.
  • Executive presence, ability to present to and influence VP/CXO stakeholders with proven business development capability in selling analytics/technology projects.
  • Stellar project management, road mapping, collaboration, and team-building skills.
  • Solid ability to build internal and external networks.
  • At least a bachelors or a masters degree with a strong understanding of analytics/Machine Learning and/or IT delivery.
  • Big 4 consulting/delivery experience preferred.
