Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to join our team as a Partner. This is a remote opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury, first-party property insurance, employment, class action, mass torts, commercial litigation, trusts and probate, or other relevant practice areas.

This role involves working with clients, marketing oneself as a thought leader, and developing business through referrals, co-counsel relationships, and conference appearances.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $200,000 - $300,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you can earn:

  • $2,000 signing bonus
  • 10% of attorneys' fees for cases worked from start to finish
  • $500/month for 2 Thoughtleader Posts per month
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client consultations
  • Thoughtleader Posts (articles or videos)
  • Business development (calls with referral partners, co-counsel law firms, and conference appearances)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a valid bar license in at least one US State
  • Be confident and comfortable speaking with clients on the phone
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a specific field of law
