What You Will Do Offer leadership and direction to various engineering Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in support of various research and development programs and activities. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in developing cutting-edge technical products and solutions.
