Founded in 1883, St. Margaret's Center is a skilled nursing facility serving medically fragile infants, children, and young adults on a single dedicated campus. The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall organization of resident medical records and administrative duties as outlined on the assigned unit. This includes scheduling medical appointments/ transportation, keeping track of labs and diagnostic reports, and assisting with timekeeping and attendance for staff on assigned unit. Will function as a receptionist for assigned unit by answering the phone, as well as addressing the needs of the caller appropriately.

Requirements for a Clinical Care Coordinator:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred, in field of Business or Medical Office Assisting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of job related experience, specifically in: Medical Records Management, Business Office Administration, and/or Clinical Care Coordination
  • Knowledge of basic procedures in healthcare industry for medical records and advanced computer skills
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
