Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial activities of the company Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all areas of the business by partnering with management to provide key financial data, analysis, and insights Performance of major initiatives as assigned Position Responsibilities:

Manages financial staff and is responsible for general accounting, AR, AP, billing, cost accounting, inventory accuracy and risk management Directs the preparation and quality control of all financial reports, including reports to shareholders, banks, external accounting firm, and government regulatory agencies Meets regularly with department heads to keep informed and to offer insight and direction Provide internal controls Responsible for annual business planning and forecasting and analyzes actual versus planned results to identify opportunities and areas which need focus Continuously improves the planning process Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implements a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards Produces the annual budget and forecasts; reports significant budget differences to management Works with external auditors and provides needed information for the annual audit Files quarterly and annual reports Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned Required Skills:

Superior attention to detail Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects Self-motivated and self-directed Ability to work closely with Management General understanding of financial trends and accounting principles Proficient in Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite products Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field 3-5 years of accounting and/or financial experience Salary and Benefits:
