Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and manage spend effectively. Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to enhance financial performance. Strategic Guidance: Partner with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business goals. Analyze trends, metrics, and KPIs, offering recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for informed decision-making. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present month-end management reports, highlighting key insights.
