About the Role
In this position, you will be joining a new organization in Ford that will help build revenue in new and creative ways, specifically focused on supporting the development of customer communications associated with BlueCruise, Ford’s hands-free ADAS business. This is a marketing role that will require strong attention to detail, a self-starter, and the ability to navigate through a large and heavily matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have an interest in helping develop the clearest possible communications around this complex topic for our customers, as well as the ability to keep track of many in-process projects and keep themselves and other team members organized on the surrounding details.
What you'll do…
Support marketing communication projects and studies as needed in the development of strategic and tactical marketing solutions to support our efforts in Integrated Services.
Participate in representing U.S. Marketing for a set of integrated services while working with a cross-functional team: Product Marketing, Content/Creative, Ford.com, FordPass, In-Vehicle, CRM, Media, Social, Agency, Brand, Field Operations, Customer Relationship Center, Global Data & Analytics, Customer Experience.
Support owner and prospective buyer communications development and execution for Software Updates, Ford.com, FordPass, In-Vehicle, CRM, Social, Media (including print, vehicle launch and point of sale materials).
Triage & follow through product marketing requests related (but not limited) to accurate messaging, assets, content reviews, and brand standards updates.
We will be hiring for two positions: One that will focus on Partnership marketing and the other will focus on in-vehicle operating system marketing.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of experience supporting marketing communications projects and the development of strategic marketing solutions
2+ years of experience in data analysis with the ability to distill data to a compelling and actionable plan.
