Experienced Sales & Procurement Manager for the Berry Industry

to join our Fresno, CA Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing the procurement process to ensure a steady supply of high-quality berries, and guiding the Sales Team initiatives. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business - Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand sales reach - Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers - Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of berries - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and procurement strategies - Analyze sales and procurement data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance - Collaborate with internal teams, including production, marketing, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and procurement team to drive results and achieve goals Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

- 5+ years of experience in sales and procurement roles in the berry industry - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets - Knowledge of the berry industry and market trends - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience with Famous Software - Leadership and team management skills
