Position Summary
It is criticalthat the documents coming into the Office of the Registrar are handled in atimely manner. The documents received by the department are time sensitive fromthe transcript request, to the student's request dealing with grades or addingor dropping a course. This position ensures documents meet the student needsand the department's expectations. This position works closely with the Coord.Registration staff to ensure documents are prepared correctly for delivery. Inaddition this position will be preparing unofficial transcripts and sendingthem out to students.

Conditions of Employment
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED;at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scanning of documents.
- Experience with handling sensitive documents.
- Data Entry skills with demonstrated accuracy anddetail-oriented as evidenced by application materials.
- Experience with computerized student informationsystems.
