CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • 1. MUST have Power experience (Power BI, Tableau or OBIE)
  • 2. Need the analyst background (gathering requirements, translating those req.into user stories) to help navigate the data for the requirements/get data in the right place to create a dashboard.
  • 3. Strong communication and presence/working with the BA/PO to speak with stakeholders.

The Expertise You Have:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, information systems, or statistics.
  • 6+ years of Systems Development Data Analysis experience, ideally working in an Agile Scrum environment, with demonstrable ability to work across multiple multi-functional teams.
  • Strong expertise as a data practitioner collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, architects, and quality assurance engineers.
  • Solid understanding of the business with work experience in health care and/or benefits administration and/or product development
  • Shown expertise in various technical analysis methodologies and techniques, including use case development, story writing, data analysis, data visualization, user acceptance testing, and product documentation.
  • Fluent in PL/SQL with demonstrated ability to write complex queries and wrangle on multiple database platforms.
  • Experience with ETL data pipelines using Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and Oracle databases.
  • Strong cloud Enterprise data lake (EDL) experience. Snowflake preferred.
  • Expert in creating and modifying analytic dashboards using visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau to provide actionable insights.
  • Experience working with healthcare or financial data is a plus.
