- Maintain high levels of security and code reusability

- US Citizenship with a final adjudicated Secret clearance
- Bachelor-level degree
- 12 years of overall experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with C#/.NET development, web-based development, and strong database skills
- Experience with C#/.NET MVC, nHibernate, and Microsoft Entity Framework
- Understanding of IIS and deployment of C#/.NET applications
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and the Atlassian suite of tools
