The Property Manager is responsible for the day to day organization, supervision, and management of the operations of the Academy.

Position Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Academy.
  • Assist with managing the maintenance department, including assignment of tasks and schedules.
  • Manage relationship with vendors including building maintenance and construction.
  • Communicate with all operational departments including transportation, accommodations, food & beverage, grounds, campus safety, warehouse, systems admin, audio and visual, health and safety and hospitality
  • Coordination of emergency procedures, work closely with the campus safety department.
  • Coordinate with the events department that all operational needs are met to run events efficiently.
  • Resolve customer and public complaints
  • Assist with facilitating mandatory inspections
  • Perform building and property inspections
  • Maintain records, reports and files including state licenses and permits
  • Patrol campus on foot or by golf cart
  • Oversee the physical plant of the Academy.
  • Review and develop policies and procedures to make the facilities function more effectively and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills and Ability
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Business Administration or Sports Management preferred.
  • 5+ years of property management or related experience
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Experience with computers including MS Office
  • Ability to enforce Academy rules, policies and regulations
  • Strong analytical, written and communication skills
  • Flexibility/adaptability to accommodate a wide variety of frequent tasks requiring multiple skills.
  • Ability to write detailed reports as well as good verbal communication
  • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
Preferred Skills
  • Bilingual
