Position Overview:

The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in maintaining the hotel's operations during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes using the hotel’s property management system, while accurately collecting and securing necessary information.
  • Handle financial transactions, including cash and credit card processing, with precision and care.
  • Assess guest needs and provide comprehensive information about hotel services and amenities, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Respond promptly to all guest inquiries.
  • Process reservations from incoming calls, inputting all relevant details into the hotel management system, and manage updates or cancellations as requested.
  • Organize and reconcile paperwork from previous shifts, ensuring all room accounts and vouchers are balanced, while investigating any discrepancies and generating trial balance reports.
  • Prepare guest folios for express check-out to enhance guest convenience.
