Now Hiring a Customer Credit & Returns Specialist
This position offers competitive pay, extensive benefits, and opportunity for growth
Job Description:
+ Generate daily Customer Service reports to track inventory return issues that require further investigation
+ Credit customers accounts for defective, damaged, or missing merchandise and expedite replacement orders
+ Work closely with warehouse management staff to research customer shortage claims
+ Process credit claims for shipping companies (UPS, FedEx, etc.) regarding damaged and missing merchandise
+ Take ownership of all processes and manage projects and customer issues through to final resolution
+ Receive cross training and act as a backup to other positions within the Credit and Customer Service Departments to provide support as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
+ 1-2 years of similar experience
+ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
+ Organized and detail oriented
+ Strong time management and follow-up skills
+ Creative problem solving skills to analyze and resolve issues
+ Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
+ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
