Position Highlights:
Position: HR Services Representative
Location: Skokie, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
What you will do:
Deliver excellent customer service while answering phone calls, replying to emails, etc.
Thoroughly research and respond to customer questions and requests per defined timeframe and/or Service Level Agreement.
Complete daily business processes and transactions in multiple HR systems for payroll, such as uploading pay information from various departments, and entering and auditing additional pay and deductions.
Reconcile payroll data, including direct deposit issues, stale dated checks, garnishment refunds, and process stop payments.
Identify and troubleshoot system issues and execute as appropriate.
What you will need:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and work experience
Certification: N/A
Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a human resources related area such as benefits, payroll, or HR systems. Previous HR systems experience, such as Workday, is a plus.
Skills:
Intermediate expertise of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills (oral and written).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment handling multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
