WHAT DO YOU DO?

As a receptionist at our dealership, you are the first point of contact for our customers, and your role is crucial in providing exceptional service and maintaining the efficiency of our operations. Your friendly and professional demeanor, attention to detail, and organizational skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our customers and ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming Customers: Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the dealership. Offer assistance and direct them to the appropriate department or individual, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
  • Handling Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and courteously while providing accurate information when requested.
  • Stocking In Vehicles: Follow the Vehicle Stock in Process meticulously to ensure accurate input of vehicle information into our systems. Maintain an organized vehicle database.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the dealership. This includes data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining customer records with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain Reception Desk Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times, reflecting the professionalism of our dealership. Safeguard customer information by securely storing documents containing personal data and adhering to privacy regulations. Always lock your computer when stepping away from your desk to protect sensitive information.
  • Other duties as assigned.
WHEN DO YOU DO IT?

The candidate would have to work the following schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:00pm-7pm, Friday 3:00pm-6pm, and Saturday 8:30am-6pm

Money of course: Pay is $12.00 an hour.
