LATAM, Preference for candidates in or near the Los Angeles Time Zone. Ability to work from our Los Angeles office is a plus.

We are looking for the Digital Marketing Manager

to joinour client's innovative children's apparel project. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies, from conception to execution. Working closely with our core team, you will define shared objectives and create a dynamic digital marketing calendar aligned with our brand vision.

Creative Responsibilities Manage digital platforms including the website, SEO, email marketing, blogs, social media, paid social, and influencer outreach.

Collaborate with the Executive Producer and Creative Director to develop and execute strategies for owned social media, stylist social media toolkits, and influencer and community engagement.

Lead the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of paid social media campaigns, encompassing paid search and social ads.

Collaborate with the Creative Director, Executive Producer, and Copywriter to craft compelling sales and marketing copy across diverse mediums.

Ensure seamless integration and brand consistency across all digital communications and campaigns.

Take ownership of website optimization efforts, including SEO, content strategy, and UI/UX enhancements.

Develop marketing plans to empower stylists to effectively promote our client's brand and drive sales and customer retention.

Work closely with the core team and Creative Director to develop and execute email marketing strategies, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.

Implement UTM tagging for comprehensive campaign tracking and leverage Google Analytics and other tools to analyse campaign effectiveness.

Technical Responsibilities Manage seasonal website updates, including editorial calendar specifications and rigorous quality assurance.

Oversee ecommerce operations, including online merchandising, promotion, and content development.

Possess technical proficiency, with a solid understanding of HTML coding and the ability to translate creative briefs into actionable requirements for IT.

Enhance brand visibility across digital channels, leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.

Harness data-driven insights to drive customer segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization.

Develop KPIs and conduct rigorous A/B testing to refine marketing performance across channels.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in both creative and technical facets of digital marketing.

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and industry best practices.

Proficiency in SEO, email marketing, social media management, and digital analytics tools.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Previous experience in fashion and retail.

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and content management systems.

Certification in Google Analytics or equivalent analytics platforms.
