We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, implementing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms to achieve client objectives and drive ROI. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital media strategies in line with client objectives and budget constraints. Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across search engines, social media platforms, display networks, and other digital channels. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, strategy, account management, and data intelligence to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI metrics; analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital media and advertising. Manage relationships with media vendors, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable rates and placements. Create and present reports, presentations, and campaign summaries to clients, highlighting key achievements, learnings, and next steps. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven work experience as a Digital Media Manager or similar role in a direct marketing agency or related industry. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, DSPs, etc. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with digital media buying, budget management, and ROI optimization. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Certifications such as Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, etc., are highly desirable.
