Summary:

The QTI Group has partnered with a consultant company that assists with the next generation of energy efficiency. They are in search of a Temporary Recruitment Administrator to assist with their HR Administration and Recruiting needs. This will be a long-term temp opportunity that operates Monday through Friday with full-time hours 8am-5pm. Pay starts at $25+/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the workflow of the recruitment approval process.
  • Provide support to supervisors in drafting the advertisement and posting the job.
  • Screen candidate resumes and perform phone screens.
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System to reflect the stages of the recruitment.
  • Assist supervisors in scheduling interviews and developing interview questions.
  • Interact with candidates providing them with proactive communications.
  • Interface with the HR and IT teams to prepare for employee onboarding.
  • Send communications to supervisors about status changes and onboarding forms.
  • Collect information related to offers and start dates and initiate the offer approval workflow.
  • Send formal offer letters once the approvals are complete.
  • Schedule orientation items and assist supervisors in preparing orientation schedules.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience is required.
  • Experience working on Director level recruitments is preferred.
  • Experience with Paycom or similar ATS is preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple full-cycle recruitment processes in various stages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen upon the job offer.
