: 149 Rue Anatole France, 92300 Levallois-Perret – Metro Pont de Levallois (ligne 3) Au sein d’une équipe SEO rassemblant des consultants aux profils variés, vous aurez l’opportunité de partager vos compétences en intervenant à tous les niveaux d’une stratégie de référencement naturel : Comprendre l’activité de vos clients, leurs attentes et la cible qu’ils cherchent à toucher ; Réaliser des audits techniques / recettes, permettant de diagnostiquer les freins au référencement : optimisation du crawl, analyse de wireframes, logs serveur, analyse sémantique, netlinking, structure de site & perf, stratégie locale … Auditer leur site sur les dimensions on-site et off-site (technique, contenu, maillage interne, netlinking) ; Réaliser des études plus pointues sur des aspects spécifiques : audit e-retail (optimisation pour Amazon et autres retailers), écoute sociale, optimisation du taux de conversion, analyse de logs, etc. Collaborer avec d’autres expertises pour offrir au client une vision globale car chez Neo, nous pensons que le SEO est encore plus efficace quand il s’intègre à une stratégie d’ensemble : vous pourrez par exemple réaliser des benchmarks concurrentiels SEO/SEA ou participer à des études mêlant plusieurs leviers marketing. Réaliser des reportings pour permettre à vos clients de suivre leurs performances et leur proposer des axes d’optimisation pour augmenter leur trafic et leurs revenus. Jouer un rôle de conseil auprès de vos clients ou de leurs prestataires et faire preuve de pédagogie. Vous serez formé aux méthodologies rigoureuses mises en place chez Neo et aux outils SEO que nous utilisons au quotidien. Vous pourrez ainsi renforcer votre expertise, tout en apportant à l’équipe votre valeur ajoutée et votre passion pour le métier.

Profil recherché

: Vous avez au moins 1 à 2 années d’expérience et êtes rigoureux, autonome, curieux, passionné par le référencement naturel. Vous suivez régulièrement l’actualité du secteur et avez envie de faire un bout de chemin dans une agence qui aime innover et favorise l’initiative. Vous n’avez pas peur de vous plonger dans les statistiques d’un site, de vous familiariser avec de nouveaux sujets et d’explorer ce que les internautes recherchent. Vous savez aussi expliquer des choses compliquées avec des mots simples… car un bon conseil, c’est celui que votre client comprend même si ce n’est pas son métier  Vous avez une formation bac +4/+5 en marketing, communication, statistiques, e-business ou école de commerce… ou vous êtes autodidacte, avec des réalisations concrètes à présenter. Compétences requises : Intérêt pour le référencement naturel et curiosité pour le digital marketing en général. Orthographe irréprochable et bonne expression orale. Maîtrise de l’anglais. Vous avez déjà une première expérience (stage, alternance inclus) dans le SEO et avez déjà utilisé des outils SEO. Rigueur : vous savez respecter des délais et accordez de l’importance à la qualité de votre travail. Dynamisme, pédagogie et esprit d’équipe. Logs serveur (Spiderlog, SF log, Oncrawl log, Botify, kelo.gs) Support Sémantique et postionnement (Semrush, Yooda, SearchMetrics, KwTool, SEObserver) Outils Google (Analytics, Search Console, PageSpeed, données structurées, Google My Business) Dès que possible
