Your passion for excellent client service will be demonstrated through the diligent assessment of the “current state” of our client’s Corporate Accounting and Finance departments to help transition to their desired “future state.” These value-added services will be focused on functional areas including: Process and Cost Improvement Initiatives Strategy & Organizational Design for Accounting processes that can include Policy Development & Execution, Process Design, Post-Acquisition Accounting Integration, and Accounting Department Assessment. Fractional CFO and co-sourced accounting functions. Business Process Transformation including Process Workflow & Documentation Buildout. What you bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license (strongly preferred). Seven (7) or more years of experience within a public accounting firm and/or industry environment performing audit, accounting or consulting services. Demonstrated experience with business development/expansion of services. Experience in an environment with SAP, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, Yardi or Quickbooks. Ability to lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements. Experience conducting process mapping and analysis. Strong organizational skills demonstrated through the management of multiple, concurrently running initiatives. Robust written and verbal communication skills.
