Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Given the rapid expansion of our Colorado Cancer, Heart, and Behavioral Health Benefits Trust into behavioral health support, and the addition of the Missouri Fire Fighters Critical Illness Pool to our administrative duties, this position would provide essential administrative support for duties performed under all the Pool Team’s Trust Programs. **Remote opportunity in Portland, OR** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position would work under the direction of current program managers and focus on providing customer service to members who call our toll-free line or email our administrative email inboxes. In addition, this role would provide support with tracking and filing claims related to these programs, updating prospect and membership trackers, supporting our annual membership meeting, and processing billing and renewals for these two programs. Answer CO and MO incoming calls and respond to voicemails. Process Colorado Firefighter Trust grant requests. Assist with Trust claims filing, tracking, and documentation. Assist with updating Trust legal and coverage documents. Assist with reviewing Trust vendor contracts and executing signed copies. Process Trust renewal submissions. Review rosters to determine eligibility. Initiate renewal billing. Release coverage MOC. Maintain and update Trust Client Service Plan (CSP). Maintain and update Trust membership tracker. Assist with providing year-end data to financial auditor and actuary. Maintain, update and finalize annual membership meeting packet with team. Conduct membership meeting proxy tracking. Process quarterly management agreement billing. Process renewal and payment reminders. Assist with new prospect client pre-production development. Assist with conceptualizing ambiguous ideas for execution. Perform data entry and analysis to complete assigned board meeting packet items. Assist in communications for website and/or distribution to membership. Assist with prospect consultations. Assist in coordination of CO/MO Trust meetings and conferences. Other duties as assigned.
