Overnight Guest Services Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Guest Services Receptionist in the Northgate area to assist guests during the overnight hours and ensure smooth front desk operations. In this role, you will handle guest check-ins, respond to inquiries, take reservations, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, resolve guest concerns, and keep operations organized and efficient. The shift for this position is 11pm-7am and weekend availability is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations using our booking system.
- Maintain accurate and organized guest records.
- Monitor and respond to guest emergencies promptly.
- Reconcile daily accounts.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in records.
Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles.
- Previous experience in a customer service call setting.

- Proven customer service or receptionist experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends.
