Spa Receptionist

Arch Amenities Group, a leading spa, fitness, and leisure firm, is seeking a skilled Spa Receptionist to join their team at The Spa at Hotel 1000 in downtown Seattle. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a high level of professionalism, and ensure a seamless experience for guests and members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the "Arch Amenities Group Experience" by adhering to the company's standards and expectations.
• Process transactions, handle money, and maintain facility cleanliness.
• Develop and maintain accurate department maintenance procedures and checklists.
• Participate in the Manager on Duty (MOD) schedule and ensure facility safety and security.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and making reservations.
• Assist staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience.
• Previous experience handling money.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and work ethic.
• Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
